These terms and conditions govern your use of the Candy Collection website, all online purchases, and in-store transactions. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We sell long skirts and evening gowns. We work to keep product photos, descriptions, sizes and colors accurate, but minor color variation may exist due to screen display differences. Receipt of your checkout confirmation email does not guarantee final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for reasons including stock shortages, pricing errors, fraud risk or invalid shipping addresses.

All product prices are displayed in USD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout. We accept the payment methods listed in our Payment Policy. We are not liable for bank conversion fees charged by your card provider.

All shipping arrangements follow our published Shipping Policy, including processing time, transit time, free shipping rules and UPS delivery terms.
