Eligible Return Conditions
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description shown on our website.
Return Conditions & Non-Returnable Items
All returned goods must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact and in original packaging. Stains, makeup marks, perfume scents, scratches or altered hems will make the item ineligible for return or refund. Custom-altered gowns are final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Time Limit
You must submit your return request within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your package. Requests sent after this window will not be approved.
Return Process
- Send us an email with your order number, photos of the item and the reason for return to get pre-approval.
- Once approved, ship the item back to:

- Include a note inside the package with your order number.
Exchange Process
If you would like to exchange for another size, color or style:
- Submit an exchange request within 30 days of delivery.
- Send the qualifying item back to our return address.
- After we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will arrange shipment of your new item. Exchange stock is subject to availability.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method. The time for the refund to show in your account depends on your card issuer’s processing schedule, which may take several extra business days.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is our fault (damaged, defective, wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost. If you return the item for personal preference, you are responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled for a full refund before shipment. Once shipped, cancellation is not available; you will need to complete the return procedure after delivery.
